Article 6 REGISTRATION and
OFFICE cum BUNGALOW:
[6A]. The Organization shall be registered with the concern state Govt. There shall be no legal lapse whatsoever.
[6B]. Each State SO and SYO shall have one office either on rent or by acquisition. It shall also serve as transit Bungalow for office-bearers and the official dignitaries.
[6.B]-(i) Acquisition shall be by share holders.
[6.B]-(ii) In the case of “Rental” it shall be borne by state SO and SYO.
[6.B]-(iii) Both SO (GHQ) and SYO (GHQ) shall have full utility of state offices whenever and wherever and as long as the need is served.
