Article 3. GENERAL ASSEMBLY
[3.1A]. Definition:
It refers to the adult members above the age of 18 years belonging to Singsit Family.
[3.1B]. Power:
[3.1B]-i. It has the power to elect new Executives or remove the incumbent office bearer(s) based on the report from S.O. and SYO Advisers at GBM.
[3.1B]-ii. It has the right and authority to call General Meeting if the Office-bearers are disorganized leading to non-functioning of the organization in part or whole.
[3.1B]-iii. Disciplinary action must be taken against the irresponsible officer(s) by two term bar from any election of the organization. In such circumstances the Advisers shall convene the General Assembly at the earliest.
3.2. Composition:
[3.2]-(i) Adult members above 18 years of age,
[3.2]-(ii) Inn-pi Senators,
[3.2]-(iii) All SO and SYO executive members.
3.3. Date and Place of GBM:
[3.3(i)] Annual or triennial (except for emergency matters: Financial or Communal issues).
[3.3(ii)] SO shall chalk out the time and place of GBM and notify it days ahead.
[3.3(iii)] Summon shall be made either on Regular or Emergency basis.
The General Assembly can elect a seasoned woman as V.P. (If indicated).
