Article - 7

                               Article 7.        AMMENDMENT:  

                   Any member or group of members has the right to propose amendment in writing to the SO EC. The Executive Committee must invite the Advisers to discuss and scrutinize the matter at their level. If the matter/proposal is found authentic, the Executive Committee shall put up the matter in the Assembly for vote of at least 2/3^rd majority assent at GBA.
